Unless he's changed his design again, the RocketGuy's first problem is his very short launch rod and low liftoff acceleration. He won't have sufficient velocity to achieve aerodynamic stability when he clears the tower. This will cause him to arc over very quickly leaving a foaming read smear across the desert, I"m afraid. He needs some strap-on solids to give him sufficient acceleration if he's going to have a snowball's chance.
Of course, I could be wrong.
