Mark - Galileo and Cassinin radiation datasets?

My guess as to what's been happening lately is that radiation data from the Galileo and Cassini spcecraft have been working their way through the manned spaceflight community -
I may be mistaken on this, but my guess it that the detailed radiation information you need to show that either manned Mars flight or Mars settlement is feasable is in those two datasets -
