Hamster Ball Rover
About a year ago I proposed this idea to finance the Lunar Mining Machine: the remote-controlled Hamster Ball Rover. A single rocket could deliver 10,000 or more of these inflatable rovers and disperse them all over the Lunar Surface. A telecommunications company could then set up webcams that people would buy time on. From the comfort of their own homes people could control the Hamster Ball Rover & explore the Moon. Now the scientists at JPL like the idea:
