One will note that while the authors referenced a web page at MSSS on the subject of the dark streaks, they neglected to reference (perhaps due to a lack of awareness) any of the abstracts above, which deal precisely with the subject. "

I had problems download this Pdf, I got up to pg 5- it seems like more like summary of what is "mostly" accepted. Maybe it was building to something later.
