So far Zubin, Tumlinson, Cowing, et al have been demonizing the major public official in Washington proposing sending man to Mars.

While I disagree with Goldin's emphasis on manned Mars flight, and think that establishiing a lunar observatory should have a far higher national priority, I simply despise the fascist tactics that these "space cadets" have engaged in.
As you've seen their operations up close, you can provide the public with some details of it in full.

I urge you to do so before they do any more damage to our nation's space efforts. The budget fight is going to be difficult, and before that debate begins, people need to be made aware of exactly how deluded these folks are. For that, the sooner the better.
