Justin? I'm posting this from Cleveland Public Library.
My vacation has been cut short; and I'm heading back to Toronto, soon.
But those evil men will NOT rob me of the joy I experienced in the
Cuyahoga Valley Recreation Area [between Cleveland & Akron] in the past
few days....For a blissful few hours yesterday morning I biked nearly 15 miles through
some beautiful, unspoiled scenery..undisturbed and UNAWARE of what was happening
600 miles away...and then I entered a restaurant on the southside of Cleveland...
and what I saw on television was like a 'kick in the stomach".
Justin?...Don't let anyone filled with hate rob you of joy or your dreams.
Kim Keller?...I sure hope NASA officials are prepared to take "extreme measures",
if necessary, the next time so much as a Cessna flies into unauthorized airspace
around KSC.
Phil? Don't turn your anger on innocent Arab-Americans in Boston, Cape Cod, etc...
I feel guilty, Dan Spires, because I have had to cancel my intended visit to Columbus, Ohio.,
and to the JOHN GLENN SPACE RESEARCH CENTER here in Cleveland.
I also feel guilty because some days ago I posted, IN JEST, [not knowing the horror that
was to happen] "that when I was to visit Ohio, it would never be the same again...It's a terrible coincidence....I've experienced another...My neighbour & friend, in Toronto, originally from Iowa, was in "Desert Storm"...and he crossed paths with Timothy McVeigh when he
was over there....I'm tired & sick of these awful coincidences.
Dan?...Believe me! I never desired to diss you, a week or two ago. I was impatient.
And knowing what I know now about how JAMES dissed and disparaged the U.S. military,
I NOW HOLD JAMES IN CONTEMPT...
God bless all those U.S. servicemen and women who are surely to go to war very soon against such an unspeakable evil that carried out that horror in NYC, DC, yesterday.
Larry?...I recall that you and I had that debate on this Habitablezone.com site
some months ago on "suitcase nukes" in terrorist hands.
What happened yesterday [40,000 dead?] was equivalent to a nuke attack.
Almost as many dead as from that one plutonium-bomb over Nagasaki...
To all you Americans...Don't be ashamed to cry...I've alternated between
tears, stunned silence & pensivity, and defiant anger...It's like a rollercoaster.
God bless you all.

Justin? Aren't the shuttles now vulnerable to kamikaze attacks?
