Space 1999
<Space 1999 was a terrific show!
Astronauts wore spacesuits at least (not like Star Trek) and even jumped on the Moon (but not inside Moonbase Alpha). The first season had an episode Dragon's domain where Albinioni's Adagio was played.
Moonbase Alpha is a replica of Clavius Base in 2001 and the Eagle's were inspired by the Moonbus in 2001.
The first season was the best there was also the first time the Black Hole concept wa introduced in a TV show.
Luckily, we survived september 13th 1999!!
