Beautiful indeed!
I once bought a SF book just because the front cover painting: a globular cluster seen from a planet.
Unfortunately, it's unlikely eyes like ours can see such a sight! Globular clusters can be seen but they'd be much fainter to our eyes (or else, we'd be right inside it and there again, we'd see a huge number of stars (maybe no night possible)).
