I've been looking for the state of knowledge reports periodically for months since they redesigned the fire and ice site with the separation of programs. Finally found it tonight by chance.

Sure could have used it 2 weeks ago when my daughter did a school report on Europa. All those saved copies of Astronomy, Sciam, and Discover came in handy. And my wife wonders why I never throw anything away!

On a related topic, the Europa chapter in "Jupiter Odyssey" is great in my view. I wasn't aware before reading it that the Galilean satellites helped determine the scale of the solar system in addition to helping to prove Copernicus correct.
