Moon colonies? I can't see it. Until I see a land rush in Antartica I can't see many people wanting to start a new life in caves on the Moon.

Moon science stations sound reasonable.

Moon resource mining (including energy) is a matter of cost efficiency. The same goes for Moon hotels and tourism. If there is a chance to make money it will happen.
