Cosmic Ray Bursts & Extrasolar Planets
I once read that we could use space-based nuclear explosions to light up the solar system and thereby detect all of the potentially hazardous asteroids orbiting the sun.
Could cosmic ray bursts do the same thing for the search for extrasolar planets? Opinions?
