Yes, same with me; and I also read RamaII and bought the third sequel but didn't completely read it.
There's also a CD-Rom game (with 3 CD's) about Rama.
It should be quite interesting. Let's hope Fincher and Clarke have lots of e-mail exchanges before the movie is completed.
