How many times have I mentioned that the poorly run ISS flying pork program would continue to destroy the US space program? You cannot keep increasing and increasing the costs of a big budget program and have no consequences. That's not real world.
I strongly favor space science but of all the space science programs the Pluto Express would be in my 1st group of cuts.
