1) there is no spectral signature of complex organic molecules, either of known or unknown types
2) there is no spectral signature of disequilibrium atmospheric gasses
3) you are comparing two physical features with a scale difference of 1,000-10,000 times (500 m on Mars vs 5-50 cm on Earth)
4) many non-organic geological processes can easily produce the features you discuss.
