ISRO & NASDA both advance further into space

At last NASDA seems to be making some progress and Japan Presents its Biggest Rocket, the H-2A, to follow-up the August launch with a modified version Jan. 31.

PSLV and GSLV will benefit from an improved Vikas engine. ISRO Successfully Tests Up-rated Liquid Propellant Engine.

Commercial space-launch can only benefit from more competition and, one hopes, more efficiency and less cost.
