better than the moon

A Lagrange station would be better than the moon:

* Constant solar energy source vs. 2 weeks darkness, a BIG advantage
* No moondust in the optics
* No pointing restrictions with the moon in the way for 2 weeks
* Less energy to reach & return = lower cost/ bigger payload scopes
* Accessible with high payload, low thrust crewed VASIMR service ships (can't land on moon)
