Oxygenated biospheres

Hi Guys

My thoughts...

planet likely to evolve INTELLIGENT life... one on which an oxygenated biosphere would be stable.

Planets with wet greenhouses or near global glaciations are not likely to ever have a stable biosphere even if they have anaerobic bugs already.
