Just out of curiosity I tracked down the source site of Keith's CAPS information. It looked like it came from a source very different from ones I've seen before. Hell, it even mentioned lunar based NEO searches! Of course they did mention a few pragmatic concerns related to such an option. Looks like a site of a lot of neat cutting edge research. Anyone else heard of this before?
