Maybe this was his problem with the software: I had a lot of trouble with Internet Explorer set to a high security rating (most functions disabled), which had to be pointed out to me. I have now placed this site on a "trusted site" list which allows me to use scripts and ActiveX without letting the other boogeymen in (I hope.)
