The cost of War
If there was no international terrorism, we could do a lot more stuff. Canada for example spent $9.696 billion on national defence last year, and since 1983-84 has spent a total of $178.692 billion on National Defence.
We are a country of only 31 million people. We could have had our own Apollo program, and more, by now.
