Looks like it was rejected for general distribution by CCNet. Not listed on the 1/07 page at http://abob.libs.uga.edu/bobk/ccc/cc010702.html . What does the e instead of c in http://abob.libs.uga.edu/bobk/ccc/ce010702.html stand for EP?
