Re: EZ Rocket Flew Today
It's fairly obvious that even a "beefed-up" EZ rocket, taking off from the ground, wouldn't reach
speeds necessary to climb anywhere
near the "edge of space".
I'm assuming Burt Rutan has plans to strap a "beefed-up" EZrocket to the belly of the Prometheus mothership, which would then take that rocketplane to an altitude over 30,000ft
for launch.
Too bad Burt is not revealing a timetable as to when he would like to carry that out.
cheers.
