REAL nanotech computer circuits
Real nanotech advances in computer circuitry.
These molecular scale circuits may be available in the next decade if the inventors prognostications hold, as I think they will. We'll seriously need something of this sort by then to continue our Moore's Law (empirical though it is) progress. These early efforts in computer circuits are still a far far cry from Drexlerian nanotech which continues on the same schedule as controlled fusion in my view.
