Speaking of such, last week's NEWSWEEK's cover touted Bill Gates' commitment of $24 BILLION to help starving children of Africa, etc.

Now visualize a future billionaire enthusiast infected by the space bug. It is possible that someday, someone writes the check. It gets easier to do technologically each decade.
