The Decadal Plan scientists have come up with their priorities; & they are gutsilly dominated by real science issues.

The exploration of Pluto and KBOs came up number one; followed by the related study of asteroids and comets; with rendezvouous, lander, & sample return missions to Mars, asteroids and comets & the discovery and investigations of other planetary systems a close third & fourth. The continued exploration of Mars and its satellites (with) emphasis on life connections ranked only fifth; with the rest of the possible options trailing off badly.
