Oh, perhaps I made a mistake in what you meant- doing that might create an area where energy was so high that perhaps no matter would exist in that spot- you would be making a perfect vacuum- might get some unexpected results. The way you would do this by making a large spherical shape chamber and pump in light which would bounce back and forth on mirrors.
