The LIP was interesting. They have to get two independent results to rule out the effects of cosmic rays on CCDs. Reminds me of "Contact."
Bad Astronomy had this article. I'll look for the pictures.
I still wonder, as pockmarked as she is, why we haven't seen more impacts.
Could it be that the cratering we see happened over a relatively short period of time?
