I haven't seen it either, tried with binoculars only so far, but as you know it's low on the horizon and my horizon is full of atmospheric debris (real hazy).

Yes, it should be rising in April, hopefully the magnitude won't diminish to much. I was overly skeptical when they first reported the comets predicted magnitudes and I'm glad I was wrong. IK is turning out to be quite the show for some.
