The X-Prize entrants belong to a group I call "The Tomorrow Club".
That's no longer a compliment...
They always say sometime in the near future...sometime tomorrow...when they have the money...when
they complete design & construction...
when they complete testing...if they get federal apporval...if they still have money...if they're still in business...
