The 45,000 stars mentioned in the article to exhibit planet-transit chanaracteristics makes for a very good list of candidates to do radial velocity measurements on-- I wouldn't be surprised if many of them are revealed by radial velocity measurements to be like Upsilon Andromedae and 47 Ursae Majoris-- Multiple-planet systems.
