A point of view
The poet Omar Khayyam, also a mathematician tells the story of a man who's looking for someone to help him die.
The dialogue:
"You are desperate, you never looked at the Moon? You don't want to look at the stars?
All that, you must see! Those who inhabit the other world want to come and see what's going on here, and you, you want to send yourself up there?"
