Burrough's "Dragonfly" - comments?

I just finished reading Burrough's "Dragonfly," and was wondering what you guys thought about it.

I found it a pretty depressing indictment of NASA--not to mention a Russian space program which apparently borders on the ridiculous.

Thoughts?
