XCOR purchases Rotary Rocket assets

Very interesting. Not sure how this came down...although theoretically I'm still an RRC stockholder, this was complete news to me. It's not clear if the ATV prototype was part of the deal. Heck, if I knew there was a fire sale on these assets--XCOR couldn't have paid very much for them--I might have been interested myself.
