Lindbergh's grandson lands in Paris
Kudos to Erik Lindbergh for his celebration reenactment of his grandfather's solo flight from New York to Paris.
The flight was without major incident, although he does not claim that he suffered equal hardship to Charles Lindbergh. He had a better and faster plane, and all the navigation equipment he needed. I listened to a live interview with him on the radio while he approached the coast of Ireland...not exactly the lonely pioneer his grandfather was.
Erik is promoting space tourism and the X-prize.
