It's Just Stupid
The idea that we must take a hands off approach to the Moon to protect its beuty is totally ignorant. There is no biosphere to destroy or alter and none of Mankind's structures are visible from the Moon. It is unlikely that the reverse would be true. This is a concept proposal only. It is designed to protect the idea of a pristine Moon by preventing things that would have no noticeable consequence from Earth.
