The translation is o.k.
In Russian it is Institut mediko-biologicheskih problem (Èíñòèòóò ìåäèêî-áèîëîãè÷åñêèõ ïðîáëåì). Do note that this was just a code name for the institute which is specialized in spaceflight medicine - which is not even mentoned in the official name...
