According to my understanding of your postulation then, if we look towards the point where the big bang occurred we should be seeing light that is shifted towards the blue colors and if we look towards the area that is away from the big bang we should see red shifted light, unless of course we are moving away at the same speed and same direction as the light that we are observing.
Could you explain your reasoning a little bit further?
