It's indeed understood some meteorites come from Mars and they are found.
What I don't quite get is why fewer meteorites come from the Moon.
There are some that were found, but there are fewer than from Mars.
The Moon being more thoroughly studied, much closer, airless and with a lower gravity, one would expect to find more Moon originated meteorites, but.....
