According to NASA, 2002 MN will pass within 0.02 Earth radii on June 15, 2074... within a range of 0.02 Earth radii. They rate the chance of impact as only 3 in a million however (don't quite follow why so low). But after all it would only be a 16 Megaton explosion...

Bears close watching, even though I likely won't have to worry about it (I'll be 121 that year).
