You can apparently create a very effective faraday cage with this material, although there is some disagreement over whether the layer of tinfoil should be applied to the inside or the outside of the liner, or BOTH !!! In any case you will need an electrically conductive chain constructed from chewing gum wrapper foil hanging down past your feet to effectively ground it. :-)
