If I comment on someone,
either their performance or capability, I always do so keeping in mind my own faults and limitations, while trying to give fair consideration to the conditions under which those individuals are trying to do their work.
That said, another thing I always do is to make my comments publicly, rather than hiding behind some psuedonym.
