and some other stuff that increases maneuverability. Among other things, the thrust vectoring is said to increase the roll rate by 30%.
What the F-22 really has as an advantage is the ability to see and kill an enemy before the other guy knows the F-22 is in the area. The combination of stealth, long range LPI (low probability of intercept) radar, data links from AWACS and other F-22s, supercruise, and long range missiles makes for a potent package. Expensive as hell, but potent.
