User orbital mirrors and shades

You don’t need to do all that. With orbital mirrors and shade, Venus day/night cycle could be controlled. The amount of Solar Radiation reaching Venus could also be controlled, thus helping to cool the planet.

This same technology and knowledge could be used to control the Earth’s weather so that we are no longer at the mercy of the Sun’s moods.
