. . . but stepping back from the Tech1 Universe, I was personally wondering if the orientation of the shuttle in orbit would have any bearing on this. And since all flights would be in the same direction (i.e., east), whether all future samples would carry the same clockwise pattern -- and if there might be a barely discernable elipse to the shape...
