He said "higher ups" in "government" had ordered the release but someone in NASA or JPL is preventing the release.
He claimed that the Enterprise mission is preparing a lawsuit to force the release if the images are not forthcoming. He said that prior communications with NASA about their plans to initiate a lawsuit led to a telephone conversation with Mars exploration head Jim Garvin in which Garvin tried to ameliorate the situation with information that peer reviewed articles on this data were being prepared for January publication.
