XCOR's entry in the space tourism race
XCOR has finally dropped the other shoe with its entry in the suborbital space tourism race. XCOR is the only company so far that has flying prototype hardware, and it would not be much of a stretch to build this suborbital system from their current propulsion designs.
Unfortunately, I can't raise their website right now, which may be being updated or something.
I don't know why they called it "Xerus," which I think is some kind of squirrel. There appears to be a logo of a little brown squirrel on their cockpit.
