Seriously....
Most U.S. airshows have strict rules about flight paths for aerobatics and demonstrations to insure that spectators are not underneath during any part of the show. This still can't eliminate all accidents, but makes them less likely.
I feel sorry not only for the victims and their families, but for the pilot, who apparently survived and has to live with this.
