Sample Return Deferred Again & Downscoped
Interesting article.
Sad, the way that Mars Sample Return is always "sometime in the NEXT decade". And notice how it's again downscoped from a carefully prospected set of samples via a rover to a land and grap what's there sample.
But hey, there's plenty of $ for NASA "management" to "study" the problem. Just like we "studied" ISS to reduce its costs (and scope and utility).
