its absolute insanity if we don't fund and begin flight testing this program
Clearly it has the potential to expand our space fareing capabilities.
The only negative comes from the anti-nuke crowd. (The same anti-nuke crowd who attempts and fails to stop us from launching nuclear powered submarines and aircraft carriers.)
Who knows, maybe the nuclear activists will bring more attention to the space program and get people interested again.
