Looks a lot like Mars.
I believe these meanders are still caused by super dense water. It’s like a river of water in the ocean, but it’s still water. I have never seen any other liquid make meanders so profound than the ones water makes. The liquid sulfur on IO meanders as do lava channels on the moon and Venus, but they do not meander like water. I can tell the difference. Water ever is making those meanders and braded channels on Mars is either water or water based.
